I am a theoretical physicist with a focus centered around applications of Artificial Intelligence. In the past 5 years, I have cofounded two tech companies. One of them (FIND) is located in Vancouver, Canada and the other one (Adaviv) is based in Somerville, MA, USA. I currently work full-time for Adaviv with a focus on developing technology for the future of indoor agriculture. The Vancouver-based FIND offers a retail software powered by propriety AI engine. Previously, I also spent one year as a research scientist at Amazon Inc.’s Alexa AI team in USA. I also spent three years as a researcher at MIT (2015-2018) where I helped initiating and leading several multi-organizational projects related to transportation, urban-scale science and IoT technology.
The research works I have led have been published in scientific venues such as Nature and Physical Review Letters. In the past, I have served as a referee for scientific journals including Science Robotics, Physical Review Letters, Physical Review B, Physica A, Annals of the American Association of Geographers and IEEE Intelligent Transportation Systems Magazine.
